We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking on the street. Our room was very comfortable with all amenities we needed, including air-conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, and the service we received, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry. The dining restaurant offered excellent food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying evening drinks. We also enjoyed the leisure sauna and sun terrace, which were very relaxing.
The staff at the reception desk here could be a bit friendly and learn there is no need of a passport for EU-citizens when we are in EU. It took me a while to convince the receptionist. However, this place is still highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We stayed for 3 nights at a hotel very close to Nivi mall, it was a wonderful location for our friends' gathering. We also loved the fact that it was very close to the main bus station, which made our travels around the city very convenient. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided great service. The breakfast was fantastic and there were many options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.
The air conditioning was not up to our expectations.

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The room was convenient and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the heating and AC worked well. The breakfast was delicious and there was always plenty of food, even during busy times. We also liked the chic and welcoming atmosphere and furniture of the hotel.
Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

I loved the vintage vibe of the hotel, it added to the character of the place. The breakfast selection was great and the dinner menu had delicious options. Although the wifi connection was not very stable, the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

The free minibar contents were not as expected with only a couple of very cheap cans of beer, an orange juice, and a Pepsi. The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was quite far from the heart of the city center and required a 25-30 minute walk.
